JOHARI WINDOW

Johari window was created by two Americans Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham. Johari Window is a useful tool for mutual understanding between two people and between groups. It has four quadrants which are open, blind, unknown & hidden.

This four quadrant helps to understand the relation with other person in four different ways like.

Open:  open area helps you to understand what you know about others and what you known to yourself.

Blind: blind is the area which tells that you are known to others but not known to self.

Unknown: unknown is the area where you are not known to others and you are not known to self.

Hidden: hidden is the area where you are not known to others but you are known to self.
